The 2022 Memorial Gold Sovereign is a historically significant coin struck by The Royal Mint to commemorate the reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Featuring the final portrait of the Queen by Jody Clark on the obverse and Pistrucci's timeless St George and the Dragon on the reverse, this is the last Sovereign to bear Queen Elizabeth II's effigy — making it both a sound gold investment and a piece of British history.
