Bullion products are purchased primarily for their precious metal content rather than cosmetic appearance.
Coins and bars may display signs of:
Handling;
Age-related wear;
Scratches;
Toning;
Surface marks;
Milk spots;
Packaging imperfections.
Such characteristics are common within the bullion market and do not affect intrinsic bullion value.

The item supplied may differ in:

Accordingly, pursuant to applicable consumer legislation and exemptions relating to goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets, customers do not have the right to cancel, amend, return or obtain a refund once an order has been accepted by 888 Bullion.
Once accepted:
Orders are binding;
Orders cannot be cancelled;
Products cannot be returned;
Products cannot be exchanged except where required by law.

If a product is supplied incorrectly or is faulty, customers should contact us promptly to enable investigation and resolution.

Courier companies;
Customs authorities;

Customers may submit precious metals for valuation and purchase by:
Delivering items in person;
Using an 888 Bullion Gold Pack;
Using their own insured courier or postal service.
888 Bullion Gold Packs provide secure packaging and insured transit options.
Customers are responsible for selecting an insurance level appropriate to the estimated value of the contents.
Where customers choose not to use an 888 Bullion Gold Pack, we strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent tracked and insured service.
Applicable postage and service fees may be deducted from any settlement amount payable.
Customers must ensure:
Items are securely packaged;
Reference numbers are clearly displayed;
Parcels are correctly addressed;
Appropriate insurance is obtained;
The contents are accurately declared where required.
888 Bullion reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any items submitted for valuation or purchase.
888 Bullion reserves the right to refuse any parcel appearing damaged, opened, altered or otherwise compromised during transit.
Ownership of precious metals remains with the customer until:
An offer has been made by 888 Bullion; and
That offer has been accepted.
Where items are returned, ownership remains with the customer at all times.
Where customers arrange their own shipping, risk remains entirely with the sender until the parcel has been physically received and accepted by 888 Bullion.
888 Bullion accepts responsibility for precious metals only from the point at which they are physically received and accepted.
Compensation for any claim shall not exceed the prevailing purchase value applicable to the materials concerned.
Customers are responsible for retaining:
Proof of posting;
Tracking information;
Delivery receipts.
Claims relating to parcels lost or damaged during transit must be pursued directly against the relevant carrier.
Customers must notify 888 Bullion within 28 calendar days if they believe a parcel has been lost or damaged.
For claim purposes, valuation shall be based solely upon intrinsic precious metal value.
No value shall be attributed to:
Gemstones;
Collectability;
Historical significance;
Sentimental value;
Retail replacement value;
Rarity premiums.
Carrier and insurer determinations shall be considered final.

We do not provide:
