This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed through 888 Bullion.


Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days following:

  • Receipt of cleared payment;

  • Completion of any required identity verification;

  • Completion of any fraud prevention checks;

  • Completion of any anti-money laundering or compliance reviews.

During periods of exceptional demand, market volatility, public holidays, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, dispatch times may be extended.

Any estimated dispatch dates provided by 888 Bullion are indicative only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery Methods

888 Bullion uses trusted delivery providers including Royal Mail and other approved courier services.

The delivery method used will depend on:

All deliveries may include:

Delivery Addresses

888 Bullion accepts no responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, losses or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse delivery to certain addresses;

  • Require delivery to the billing address;

  • Require delivery to a verified address;

  • Request additional proof of address;

  • Conduct additional verification checks before dispatch.

Orders containing precious metals may only be shipped to residential or business addresses that can be independently verified by 888 Bullion.

888 Bullion reserves the right not to deliver to:

  • PO Boxes;

  • Mail forwarding services;

  • Parcel lockers;

  • Virtual office addresses;

  • Temporary accommodation addresses;

  • Any address considered unsuitable for secure delivery.


Delivery Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making any necessary arrangements to receive delivery.


Signature Requirements

Most bullion orders are dispatched using services requiring a signature upon delivery.

Where the delivery provider records successful delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer, 888 Bullion shall be entitled to rely upon that confirmation as evidence that delivery has taken place.

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt and notify us immediately if any issue is identified.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No recipient is available;

  • Delivery instructions are inadequate;

  • The address supplied is incorrect;

  • Delivery is refused;

  • Identity verification cannot be completed;

the parcel may be returned to 888 Bullion.

Any additional delivery, storage or return costs incurred may be charged to the customer.


Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products remains with 888 Bullion until full payment has been received.

Risk in purchased products passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Where a customer provides instructions directly to the carrier requesting that a parcel be left unattended, responsibility for the parcel may pass to the customer at the point the parcel is left in accordance with those instructions.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If a parcel appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed, customers should contact 888 Bullion as soon as reasonably possible.

We will assist with any investigation undertaken by the relevant carrier.

Claims relating to loss or damage remain subject to the carrier's investigation procedures, terms and conditions and applicable time limits.


International Deliveries

Where international delivery is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, fees and charges;

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions.

888 Bullion accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities, border inspections or import restrictions.


Security and Discreet Packaging

For security reasons, all orders are packaged discreetly wherever reasonably possible.

Packaging will not normally identify the contents as precious metals, bullion products or high-value goods.

888 Bullion reserves the right to vary packaging, security procedures and dispatch methods without notice where necessary to protect customers, shipments and business operations.


Compliance and Verification

888 Bullion reserves the right to delay dispatch pending:

  • Identity verification;

  • Anti-money laundering checks;

  • Fraud prevention reviews;

  • Payment verification procedures;

  • Source of funds checks where applicable.

Orders may be delayed, suspended or cancelled where required information is not supplied within a reasonable timeframe.


High Value Orders

To protect customers and comply with fraud prevention, anti-money laundering and security requirements, additional verification procedures may apply to high-value orders.

For orders exceeding thresholds determined by 888 Bullion from time to time, we may require:

  • Additional proof of identity;

  • Proof of address;

  • Source of funds information;

  • Enhanced payment verification;

  • Additional security checks.

For security reasons, high-value orders may only be delivered to:

  • The verified billing address associated with the payment method used; or

Where an order is cancelled for compliance, fraud prevention or security reasons, any refund will be issued using the original payment method, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
